Senior Director, User Experience

Job description
We're looking for a Senior Director of User Experience to lead the evolution of user experience across Planful's product suite. This is a strategic leadership role that blends high-level design vision with hands-on operational excellence.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years leading high-performing UX teams in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Demonstrated experience owning UX/UI vision and execution across multiple product lines or a complex product ecosystem.
• Expertise in Figma and modern design tools; deep understanding of component-based systems and design frameworks.
