Job Description
Become a pivotal part of ALTEN Canada as a Senior DevOps Kubernetes Architect focused on driving application delivery through CI/CD pipelines. Lead cloud initiatives and mentor engineering teams in Mississauga. ALTEN Canada seeks an experienced architect with a strong background in Kubernetes and DevOps to support our esteemed client.
This role requires over ten years in software engineering, including DevOps tools, cloud automation, and multi-cloud security expertise. You will define platform architectures, best practices, and provide mentorship, enhancing technical capabilities across teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and build Integrated Developer Platforms for efficient CI/CD pipelines
• Define DevOps architecture and automation strategies for cloud
• Establish Kubernetes standards and reference designs enterprise-wide
• Mentor engineering teams on cloud-native architecture
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineering for resource planning Requirements:
• 10+ years in software engineering operations
• 8+ years in full-stack development and Kubernetes architecture
• Proficient in DevOps/GitOps tools and cloud automation
• Networking knowledge in Cilium, Istio, and Azure CNI
• Experience in Azure or GCP platforms Bring your expertise in Kubernetes and cloud systems to advance innovation at ALTEN Canada.
