About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptionally strong PL/SQL Developer with deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12 (not Cloud/Fusion). The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience and at least two full-cycle implementations of Oracle EBS R12. This is a hands-on development role—not a support or help desk position.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop, optimize, and maintain PL/SQL code within the Oracle EBS R12 ecosystem.
✅ Design and implement interfaces, reports, and customizations for Oracle EBS.
✅ Work on at least some of the following modules: GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), PO (Purchasing), INV (Inventory), PA (Project Accounting).
✅ Perform data migrations, conversions, and integrations with external systems.
✅ Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL stored procedures for performance tuning.
✅ Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements.
✅ Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 5+ years of experience in PL/SQL development with Oracle databases.
✔ Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle EBS R12.
✔ Strong SQL tuning, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
✔ Expertise in developing custom reports, interfaces, and extensions (RICE components).
✔ Hands-on experience with Oracle APIs, concurrent programs, and personalization techniques.
✔ Familiarity with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow Builder, and BI Publisher is a plus.
✔ Ability to write and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and packages.
✔ Experience working in a contract, consulting, or corp-to-corp environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
➕ Experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework) and Oracle ADF.
➕ Knowledge of Oracle EBS security, roles, and responsibilities.
➕ Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation.
➕ Exposure to Web Services, REST APIs, and integration tools.
