KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conceptualize and develop seasonaland evergreen collections across dhurries, rugs, and home textiles, from mood board to final design.
• Direct color palette development and material selection, ensuring every choicereflects the brand'saesthetic of quiet, considered luxury.
• Partner with the CAD/Texcelle design team to translate creativedirection into weave-ready technical designs, without altering the core manual design process.
• Review and approve designs,colorways, and samplesat each stage of development, maintaining consistency and quality across the collection.
• Stay ahead of interiordesign, fashion, and textile trends globally, and interpret them for the brand's sensibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, production, and sourcing teams to ensuredesign intent survives into the finished product.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 7–10 years of experience in textile or product design,preferably within home textiles, rugs, or carpets,fabric range.
• A strong, demonstrated understanding of materials, fibers, weaves, and finishes, and how they behave in application.
• A refined,confident sense of color —palette development, colortheory, and the ability to translate a mood into a coherent story.
