Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Frontend Developer / Architect at Drillo Analytics. The Frontend Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing user-friendly web interfaces, ensuring responsiveness of applications, and working closely with back-end developers to integrate server-side logic.
The role involves collaborating with designers and back-end developers to improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
• Act as a hands-on Frontend Architect or Senior Frontend Developer , leading innovative IT projects.
• Develop functional and technical concepts for scalable, reliable, and secure web applications using modern software design patterns.
• Design and implement cutting-edge frontend solutions based on Angular , React , Redux , TypeScript , and JavaScript .
• Conduct technology evaluations and implement proof of concepts to validate architectural approaches and technologies.
• Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Engage in business development activities , contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the company.
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and software design patterns, such as micro frontends .
Qualifications :
• 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong background as a Frontend Architect or Senior Frontend Developer.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing secure, scalable frontend architectures .
• Proficiency in React , Redux , TypeScript , and JavaScript .
• Deep understanding of modern software design patterns such as micro frontends .
• Experience in designing and developing frontend solutions that integrate seamlessly with backend services.
• Strong track record in building proof of concepts and conducting technology evaluations .
• Solid understanding of version control tools like Git, and CI / CD pipelines .
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Capabilities and Preferences :
• Self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and a passion for tackling technical challenges.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Eager to take on technical leadership for customer projects and guide junior developers.

- 2+ years of Experience as DB Architect on MongoDB or similar database
- 2+ years of experience on managing databases with multi-node cluster and >100 TB of data
- Experience in latest database like cockroach DB, Yugabyte etc
- Experience in Lucene index DB for search applications (e.g. Elastic search)
- Experience in VectorDB implementations for semantic search use-cases
- Experience in memory cache solutions (e.g. Redis)
- At least 2 migration projects successfully delivered from on-premises to cloud database for size of >20 TB of data
- Experience on working on AWS RDS, Database hosted on AWS, SQL Server PAAS on Azure, Database hosted on Azure
