What You Will Do
You will be part of the Data Analytics and Intelligence team, working as a developer within an Agile environment. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust data models, creating and scheduling ETL jobs, and automating processes using Python.
• At least 8 Years of experience in Data Analytics and Automation
• You will be working as a developer in the Data Analytics and Intelligence team that follows Agile methodology.
• Your primary responsibility is Design and implement robust data models, Develop and optimize complex SQL queries ,Design, build, and maintain efficient ETL pipelines and Utilize Python for automation, data transformation, and integration with various systems and data platforms.
• You will be using SQL/Python for data analysis to solve the business problems
• You will be using python for scripting and automation
• You will be managing incidents/requests using ServiceNow
• Providing support and mentorship to other colleagues

• Data Modelling: Design and implement robust data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs.
• SQL Server Expertise: Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• ETL Process Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient ETL pipelines for seamless data integration from multiple sources into target systems.
• Data Analysis: Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure the integrity and consistency of the data.
• Python Scripting: Utilize Python for automation, data transformation, and integration with various systems and data platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (data engineers, business analysts, and product managers) to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize performance of SQL queries and ETL processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data professionals, helping to develop their technical and analytical skills.
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience: At least 8 years of hands-on experience in data modeling, with strong expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• ETL Expertise: Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL processes using tools like SSIS or other ETL frameworks.
• Python: Solid experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, and working with data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Data Modeling Tools: Proficiency in data modeling tools like SSAS, or others for designing relational and dimensional data models.
• Database Management: Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization in SQL Server environments.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
