1. Creating the following types of campaigns for online ecommerce Sales CRMs Offline Sales CRMs
a. Email Campaigns
b. WhatsApp Campaigns
c. SMS Campaigns
2. Maintaining brand guidelines
3. Developing sales ad copies
4. Creating a yearly calendar for CRM campaigns depending on the seasons strategy
5. Setting up the following systems for sub-brands of CDG, as and when directed by the consultant, or head management
a. Auto-Campaigns
b. Loyalty Programmes
c. Order Updates
d. Feedback Taking Automation
e. Other features of consumer interactions that the CRM offers
6. Data sourcing
a. Focusing on sourcing data relating to hospitality from different areas
7. Reporting regularly
a. Campaign Analytics with KPIs sales
8. Expanding Campaigns that are performing well
+. Drawing out patterns from successful campaigns

Remuneration
- CTC: 15-20% raise from present salary, depending on the candidate's checklist fulfillment
