We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our Credit Risk Team.

This senior-level role involves leading the Credit Risk team and overseeing all aspects of credit risk management.
• Head the Credit Risk team and lead all aspects of credit risk management.
• Develop and implement credit risk strategies and policies.
• Collaborate with Business units to formulate and review credit risk appetite/limits statements.
• Monitor credit risk parameters and exposure/concentration limits set by the Bank's Board of Directors/Risk Management Committee of the Board/Regulator.
• Ensure implementation of the credit risk management policy approved by the Board.
• Review status of portfolio management, loan review mechanism, risk monitoring and evaluation, regulatory compliance, risk concentrations, industry reviews, and suggest corrective measures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Chartered Accountant, or a related field.
• Certification in Credit Risk Management, CFA, FRM is a plus.
• At least 20 years of total experience and minimum 15 years of banking experience specializing in Credit Risk.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
