Job Description
• A textile design degree (preferably from NID or NIFT) that goes into the detail of designing all kinds of textile substrate bedding designing
• Min 7-8 yrs of experience in bedding designing & Digital Printing.
• Developing new design/collection concepts and Create new Artworks for bedding.
• Should be thorough with programs like Adobe Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop etc.
• Experince in development of a new range of TOB
• Develop color combinations based on current market trends.
• Should be able to study customer mood-boards and propose appropriate design solutions.
• Should have strong technical knowledge of bedding fabrics & Digital Printing.
• Working independently, as well as, Manage & give directions to the Team
• Experimenting with fabric, texture, trims and colors for TOB products.
• Sourcing fabrics, trims and other materials from wherever needed.
• Plan product styling, photo shoot and catalog presentation of bedding.
· Increase the productivity
