This is a hybrid office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee global accounting functionality in accordance with US GAAP.
• Review company financial statements and provide commentary on financial results.
• Review and analyze various quarterly SEC filings.
• Manage quarterly external audits.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and insight for any accounting issues.
• Be involved in continuous evaluation and improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
• Maintain overall compliance with SOX standards.
• Ad-hoc projects.
Experience Requirements
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• 5+ years of overall accounting experience
• Experience working for a large public accounting firm preferred
• CPA preferred
