Job Description
Purpose

We are looking for a Java developer to build software using technologies of Java. You will create web/windows applications from scratch, configure the existing systems and provide user support.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design, code, and test new Windows / Web based applications. Identify the bottlenecks, bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Complete ownership on dependent project and change request. Also, maintain code quality based on FLSmidth standards.
Flexibility to work on Agile model of project management.
Education And Experience
B.E. / B.Tech / Master in Computer Science in with 8-10 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development using the Microsoft technologies.
Knowledge, Skill And Capabilities
• Strong Experience in Java, J2EE, Core Java, Advance Java is must
• Experience with web development frameworks like Spring is must.
• Experienced in using Websphere, WebLogic, JBOSS or TomCat application servers
• Must be knowledgeable in at least one of the relational DBs (Oracle, MS-SQL)
• Experience is Javascript
• Experience in JSP, Servlet, Tag Libray,, XSLT, Restful APIs is preferred
• Good understanding of Java, J2EE, SOA/Web services, EAI patterns, long running business processes, UML and OOAD.
Willing to work in a startup and should be a good team player.
Should possess good communication skills and a quick learner which helps to experiment in new technologies and innovations.
