We are seeking a committed and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to support our Kitchen Management Team in the daily operation of our acclaimed Michelin star kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to our evolving culinary vision, and benefit from exceptional training and development opportunities.
As a Senior Chef de Partie - you will;
• Support the Senior Kitchen Team with the smooth and efficient running of your designated section.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills by guiding and supporting junior chefs in completing daily tasks.
• Lead the team on your section to consistently deliver exceptional standards of food quality and presentation.
• Work closely with Lisa Goodwin-Allen and the Head Chef Adam, to further develop Northcote’s culinary vision in preparation for our exciting expansion, including the launch of a new restaurant.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation within the kitchen.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For
• A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and develop within a Michelin-starred environment.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie, demonstrating a strong foundation of cooking and a refined technique.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
• While experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen is desired but not essential, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are crucial.
