Responsibilities
• Lead a team of 2-3 associates in the firm"s litigation practice
• Manage, organize, supervise, and execute work in the firm"s litigation practice
• Take a proactive approach in driving clients" cases to results
• Review incoming requests from potential clients and analyze case prospects
• Formulate pre-litigation and litigation strategy
• Coordinate with outside service providers, including process servers, investigators, and local counsel
• Formulate hiring needs for the practice group and oversee hiring process
• Set key performance indicators for practice group members and hold regular performance reviews
• Solicit and leverage feedback from clients to maintain and improve service quality
• Conduct regular internal training sessions and attend outside events, seminars, and CLE to build the firm"s litigation competencies
• Spearhead efforts to market the firm"s litigation practice by publishing content, presenting at events, and networking
• Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in US business litigation
Required Qualifications
• JD or LLM from a US law school
• Bar admission
• At least 3 years of experience in business, crypto, or IP litigation with US-based law firms
• Familiarity with all stages of the litigation process – from demand letters to enforcement of judgments
• Aggressive, proactive, and creative approach to litigating
• Impeccable research, litigation drafting, grammar, and writing skills
• People management experience
• Superior attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
• Self-discipline, organization, and ownership mentality to effectively work remotely

• Knack for business development and marketing
