Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Lead, located in Faridabad. The Brand Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing brand strategies, leading branding initiatives, and managing the brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the brand’s marketing and communication efforts, driving sales growth, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance brand visibility and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications
• Proven expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to drive brand development and consistency.
• Strong skills in Communication and Branding to craft and deliver impactful messages across multiple channels.
• Experience in Sales and the ability to align branding initiatives with sales goals to drive business growth.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in managing campaigns, analyzing brand performance, and implementing actionable changes.
• Familiarity with the fashion or luxury industry is highly desirable.
