We are looking to hire a Brand Executive/ Sr. Brand Executive for Boost both BB & BD reporting into Senior Brand Manager

Job Description
• Working closely with the brand manager to handle the portfolio
• MIS generation around internal sales performance along with external panel data for monitoring progress
• Partner media deployment agency in conceptualization and implementation of media plans for brand adverts and activations
• Intent and capability to lead BTL activations and non-TV media deployment for the brand
• Special focus on driving digital presence of the brand on ecommerce and social media
• Partner commercial team in deploying the brand support budget esp. BTL/packaging/NTV and ensuring adherence
• Network management and delivering all networks OTIF (on time in full)
• Focus will be network and stakeholder management, and therefore follow Ups with business partners/ Channels/ Agencies in order to deliver
• Work in an integrated team comprising supply chain (Planning, sourcing and purchase teams) & customer marketing functions in implementation of trade and consumer linked activities
• Working with customer marketing team to create and implement trade plans/activities/promotions
• Work on communication development by generating consumer insights

Experience/Skill Spike
• MBA/Master’s degree Tier 2 B school
• Overall years of experience should be at least 2-3 years of work experience across sales & marketing
• Technical aptitude and agility to learn and work fast on MS excel/PPT
• Looking for talent with - owners mindset, passion and agility
• Bringing unique skill sets to the table like past experiences in media/digital/packaging/consumer panel understanding will be appreciated
• Interest towards cricket would be added advantage
