Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure
• Lead a team of functional experts for delivering functional advice and support for automation projects
• Project planning, design and oversight for effective project delivery
• Coordinating with stakeholders for requirement understanding
• Decision making on approval/ rejection of automation requests.
• Solution design and stakeholder signoff
• Work as functional spoc on automation projects
• Handle ticketing management system
• Monitoring progress of automaton requests
• Lead quality assessment for projects
• Lead Suo-moto initiatives for identifying potential areas of automation.
• Manage Stakeholder relationships.
• Timely status reporting

Graduate - Any

Post Graduate - MBA/ other post graduates
