Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation Associate to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients as a consultant to deliver the IC plan best drive desirable behavior and produce performance.

This role will utilize an understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational / compliance constraints to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The associate will also assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have a strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes, as well as experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:Design and implement effective incentive compensation plans for the sales field, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
• Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize sales force effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness.
• Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
Desirable Skills:
• Proficiency in Tableau/ Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with SAS for statistical analysis and modeling.
