Profile:- Senior Associate- Investment Banking- Fundraise and M&A
Qualification:- Undergrad + CA Qualified Candidates
Experience Required:- 1-3 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Deal Execution
2. Preparing collaterals including detailed financial models, investor memorandum, valuation materials, data book with analysis and insights.
3. Effectively coordinating the due diligence and documentation process, and front-ending the relationship with the respective client representatives
4. Engagement tracking, reporting and housekeeping (maintaining updated client agreements, NDAs, OPEs, etc.)
5. Representing the client's business in investor / buyer-seller interactions
6. Mapping of assigned segment (product, geography/industry group) and building understanding/expertise of that segment
7. Outreach to potential clients and investors
8. Maintaining a database of companies in assigned segments
+. Effectively maintaining relationship with investors or company professionals on the deal to have a recall
10. Preparing Pitch Documents and other client presentations
11. Ongoing industry networking
