The North Face is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Apparel Designer (Global Youth) to join our innovative and forward-thinking design team. We’re looking for a passionate individual who can bring their unique design expertise and knowledge to create stylish and inspiring apparel for our youth demographic. Our ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of the apparel design process and have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with our global team. If you’re seeking an opportunity to work with an industry-leading brand and create cutting-edge apparel designs, this could be the perfect role for you!Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel Design or related field• Minimum of five years of professional experience in apparel design• Strong knowledge of the design process from concept to production• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment• Knowledge of current fashion trends and youth culture• Ability to travel internationally as needed

Responsibilities:
Develop apparel designs that are stylish and inspiring for our youth demographic
Utilize strong technical knowledge of the apparel design process to create designs from concept to production
Collaborate and communicate effectively with our global team
Monitor and stay current with fashion trends and youth culture
Travel internationally as needed
Create designs that align with the North Face brand and aesthetic
Work efficiently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Maintain and update all related design documentation
