Job Description
Adaptive Planning Expertise: Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using HTML and OfficeConnect reporting tools;
• Serve as subject matter expert for Adaptive Planning.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports; Partner with business functions to provide financial analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support; Accounting & Compliance: Apply strong accounting knowledge to ensure accurate financial statements and adherence to GAAP; Collaborate with accounting teams to reconcile data and validate reporting integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including HTML reporting, OfficeConnect, and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions in a corporate FP&A environment.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of the applicability and use of metadata and the role that Facts, Dimensions, and Attributes play in the development of reporting and dashboarding models in Adaptive Planning
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align financial analysis with business goals.
• Clear and concise in presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
