About the Role

We're looking for an AI-first Growth Marketing Professional who can build, automate, optimize, and scale our complete digital marketing ecosystem.

This is not a basic Social Media Executive role.

We're looking for someone who thinks like a marketer, executes like a creator, and optimizes like a growth strategist.

Your mission is to build predictable B2B lead generation systems using AI, automation, content marketing, SEO and platform-specific growth strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Growth
• Create and execute growth strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Plan monthly content calendars.
• Increase organic reach, engagement, followers and qualified leads.
• Create high-performing hooks, carousels, shorts, reels and viral content concepts.
AI Marketing & Automation
• Implement AI tools to automate content creation, scheduling, research and reporting.
• Build automated marketing workflows.
• Use Prompt Engineering to generate high-quality marketing assets.
• Explore and implement new AI tools that improve productivity and ROI.
Content Strategy
• Develop platform-specific content strategies.
• Research trends, competitors and audience behaviour.
• Generate creative campaign ideas.
• Coordinate with design and animation teams to produce high-impact content.
YouTube Growth
• Build YouTube content strategy.
• Content planning and publishing.
• SEO-friendly titles, descriptions and keywords.
• Subscriber growth strategy.
• Analytics, retention and watch-time optimization.
• YouTube Ads planning (preferred).
LinkedIn Marketing
• Personal branding strategy.
• Company page growth.
• B2B content planning.
• Thought leadership campaigns.
• Lead generation strategy.
SEO & Website Marketing
• On-page SEO.
• Content optimization.
• Keyword research.
• Landing page optimization.
• Website content improvement.

(Website SEO expertise will be given additional preference.)
