Senior Adviser – Equity Partnership
Are you an existing business owner that wants to move out of dealer land and be self-licensed, but doesn't want to deal with the day to day licensing requirements?
OR
Are you looking to leave an existing Licensee and build equity in an established firm with like-minded peers?
Financial Decisions is a boutique financial services firm offering a holistic financial services solution. Over the past 15 years we have built a team of professionals who provide the following services:
Tailored and model investment advice
Insurance advice
Mortgage broking
Tax & Accounting services
Business advisory and marketing consulting services
Estate planning advice / legal
As a relationship-driven firm, we start with the premise that people do business with people they trust and want to build long-term partnerships with. Our belief is that our advisers need to have equity in the business as it develops behaviours that are aligned to our clients and each other.
We are looking for like minded advisers who understand the benefits of being self-licensed and who are passionate about being the conduit for all their clients' financial needs. We are after partners who will continue to grow Financial Decisions and ultimately form part of our succession plan for our senior advisers.
You will have an existing client base, or the ability to immediately grow a business over the next 12 months. Your compensation is based on your contribution to the firm and equity participation.
Financial Decisions will provide the following resources and services to assist managing your clients:
Para-planning
Product Research
Compliance
Brokerage
Marketing
Education
Practice Management
Office Services
