• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong ability to understand student/parent needs and provide solutions.
• Goal-oriented with proven record of achieving sales targets.

Job Description:
Classic Learn is seeking an experienced Senior Admission Counselor to join our sales team. The role focuses on guiding students and parents about our online live courses, handling end-to-end admissions, and driving sales growth. The candidate must have strong sales expertise, counseling skills, and a proven track record in meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and parents regarding course offerings, benefits, and career outcomes.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective sales techniques.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update student records in the CRM.
• Mentor and support junior sales/counseling team members if required.
