The role involves assisting the Leader and Business for day-to-day operations, including but not limited to calendar management, asset management, events, purchase orders, expense and invoice management, presentations, travel, executive visits, and vendor management.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the dynamics support team.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage travel itineraries.
Assist in organizing events and executive visits.
Handle purchase orders, expenses, and invoice management.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
Requirements:
Years of Experience: 7 to * years.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in calendar management.
Strong skills in travel management.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in asset management and event coordination is a plus.
