The Role:
This position will provide administrative support to the Group.
Job Responsibilities:
• In charge of on-boarding and off-boarding matters such as getting the work space ready, issuing and collecting of access and staff passes, assigning telephone numbers, activating handphone allowance, issuing mobile handset to selected employees, updating onboarding portal and maintaining security system’s records.
• Provide project support on automating business processes and others
• Support the Greenmark program such as compiling data on energy and water consumptions as well as organising Earth Day’s events.
• Organise and assist in corporate events and any staff engagement events.
• Arrangements towards travel and related matters including hotel bookings, cab and flight bookings
• Coordinate with Group HR and Group Admin on all matters wherever required.
• Overseeing housekeeping, office arrangements, staff admin related matters, sodexco coupons, insurance and IT related matters
• Any other related to Admin and HR as and when require.
