About the role
The Senior Administration Systems Support Officer is a key member of the Engineering Services team, providing oversight of administrative functions and supporting daily operations for the administration team, covering the Administration Manager when required. The role involves supervising workflows, maintaining system accuracy, and ensuring efficient processes across reporting, assets and work orders.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage priorities, support staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also contribute to system improvements, support compliance requirements, and step in for leadership as needed to maintain continuity of operations.
Key responsibilities
Analyse, maintain and improve data quality, reporting and system integrity.
Manage end-to-end accounts payable, including purchase orders, invoices and supplier coordination.
Administer asset and maintenance systems (e.g. BEIMS), including work orders, contracts and reporting.
Support team operations, including supervision cover, training and workflow coordination.
Liaise with stakeholders and contractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
Provide general administrative and systems support across Engineering Services.
Cover Administration Manager when required.
About you
Demonstrated ability to supervise and support a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, priorities are managed, and staff are guided and developed in line with operational needs.
Detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong data and systems skills.
Experienced in administration, reporting and compliance support
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Confident communicator who works well with stakeholders at all levels.
