Senior Admin HR
Job Description
1. The key job is men management, Such that no department has men power crisis.
2. Organize and maintain personnel records & update internal database about Attendance, Leave, Replacement/substitute, Recruitments, KRA, Reporting, Work evaluation, everything from top to toe related to entire office related persons.
3. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
4. Follow company policies.
5. Create regular reports and presentations on HR & ADMIN Metrics.
6. Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues.
7. Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, half days, deductions and work schedules)
8. Must have to collect the complete knowledge of the each & every persons.
Requirements and skills
1. Highly communication & relationship building skills.
2. Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.
3. Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
4. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important guidelines
5. Strong phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
