Are you an experienced professional in accounting with a background in Healthcare? We are currently seeking a qualified Assistant Controller to support our healthcare network's finance department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Controller to oversee accounting staff and ensure timely completion of month-end closing procedures. The Assistant Controller will play a pivotal role in assisting with the annual budget preparation under the guidance of the CFO and Region/Market. This position requires a focus on ensuring timely balance sheet reconciliation and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Three (3) years of accounting experience, ideally within a healthcare environment
• Experience in managing staff, including hiring, firing, and disciplinary procedures
