5+ years of progressive public accounting and tax experience
Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing federal and state returns across individuals, S corporations, partnerships, and trusts and estates
Experience supervising, training, and mentoring staff preparers
For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Identify and resolve tax issues prior to partner review
Communicate directly with clients regarding missing information, tax questions, and return status
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines

You'll lead tax preparation and review across diverse client types--individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates. You'll work directly with firm leadership on strategy, process improvement, and technology initiatives. This is a ground-floor opportunity to have a real voice in how we build and scale our practice. We need an operator who thinks beyond technical execution.
Job Duties
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, S corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and C corporations
• Perform detailed first-level review of staff-prepared returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Identify and resolve tax issues prior to partner review
• Communicate directly with clients regarding missing information, tax questions, and return status
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines
