## Senior Accountant in KPO Experience 3-5 Years Location: Ahmedabad
• Salary: 30000-50000 INR

### : We are looking for an Assistant Team Leader to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits, and preparing financial statements by being accountable and responsible for the entire end-to-end delivery of work to the client. Responsibilities:
• Managing all accounting transactions
• Publishing financial statements in time
• Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Client management and communication with multiple clients
• Guide and support the team with technical work aspects
• Review the files and share with leaders
• To perform all relevant tasks in the absence of a leader
• To supplement and support the leader to deliver and meet business demands
• To maintain and be consistent with existing client management
• To be responsible for new client onboarding
• To ensure timely turnaround of files without compromising the quality of work
• To motivate, inspire, and recognize the team on a timely basis for maximum work output
• Team management / Team Building Requirements:
• 3
• 5 Years work experience as an Accountant
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Conceptual clarity with a general ledger
• Proven team management skills
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Full-Time job (10:30 am to 8:00 pm IST)
• Qualified CA or Inter CA with relevant experience (KPO Experience preferred)
• Salary: competitive and based on experience and qualifications
• Should be able to commit for 2 years of employment (Retention deduction)
• Proficient in the English language

Both verbal and written English proficiency is a must
