Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Greater Noida

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who can independently manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, and compliance activities of the company. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of accounts, GST, TDS, banking, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, debtors, and creditors
• Ensure proper ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation
• Handle journal entries, adjustments, and finalization support
2. GST, TDS & Tax Compliance
• Prepare and verify GST workings, returns, and reconciliations
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings
• Coordinate with CA for statutory compliances and assessments
• Ensure timely compliance with all tax-related requirements
3. Banking & Financial Management
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Manage payment schedules, vendor payments, and receivables tracking
• Coordinate with banks for daily financial operations
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow-up with parties
4. Financial Reporting & Controls
• Prepare MIS reports, expense analysis, and financial summaries
• Assist in balance sheet and profit & loss finalization
• Maintain financial discipline and internal controls
• Support management in budgeting and financial planning
5. Coordination & Documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting data and approvals
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial records
• Assist during audits and provide required financial data
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 4–8 years of practical accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Experience in handling complete accounts independently
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in retail, garment, real estate, or trading industry preferred
• Candidate should be disciplined, responsible, and process-oriented
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Working Details
• Location: Greater Noida
• Working Hours: 9am - 7pm
Compensation
• Salary: As per experience and skill set
Key Expectation
• Candidate should ensure smooth financial operations, accurate accounting, and timely compliance management for the company.
Pay: ₹14,249.18 - ₹25,000.00 per month
