Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

· Oversee Books of Accounts maintained on Tally Prime ,

· Book Purchase, Bank Transactions, Expenses and Receipts etc. on day-to-day basis,

Generating Invoices, Bill of Material and Manufacturing Entries in Tally Prime, Reconciliation

of Branch, Bank etc., Inventory Management.

· Finalizing the balance sheet.

· Taxation- TDS GST Return preparation, Income Tax compliances, E-Way Bill Generation.

· Payroll- PF, ESI Calculations

· Reconciliation- Debtors Creditors Ledgers Reconciliation and communication with them.

Monitoring account receivables on Daily

· MIS (Management Information System)

· Generating Reports from Tally according to the requirements of the management

Skills And Qualifications

· Having Experience in maintaining accounts in a manufacturing/ trading firm.

· Ideal candidate will be one who possess polite inter personal skills and have experience in

working with MSME organizations in similar profiles, instead of

· Experience of maintaining accounts of a Manufacturing Unit would be an added advantage

Preference will be given to Wire/Cable/Transformer/Machine Manufacturing Exp.

· Experienced in MS-Excel working including Pivot
