Your mission at DPDzero:
Own and grow strategic BFSI relationships to make DPDzero the default collections partner across North and East India. Drive impact, build trust, and lead the shift to AI-first collections.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a high-performance Account Manager to take charge of our most strategic relationships - banks, NBFCs, and fintechs across North and East India. This role isn’t about servicing accounts. It’s about owning them. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building CXO-level trust, and unlocking long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Own:
• End-to-end relationship management for 8–10 BFSI logos
• Grow existing accounts through allocation expansion, use case penetration, and multi-product adoption
• Own gross profit targets per account—optimize both revenue and cost
• Lead quarterly business reviews with CXOs
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Digital Ops to deliver results
• Ensure MSA compliance, renewals, and negotiation of new commercial terms
What We’re Looking For:
• 5-8 years of experience in account management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or BFSI
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales and account farming
• Proven ability to grow accounts from ₹50L to ₹5Cr+
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, especially with CXOs
• Ability to drive internal cross-functional collaboration
• Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-ownership environment
