Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Academic Counselor and Team Lead, based in Pune. The role involves providing academic advising, career counseling, and student support to guide individuals in making informed educational and career development decisions. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of counselors, facilitating communication, monitoring progress, and ensuring the achievement of key goals. Additional tasks include building education strategies, fostering student engagement, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of counseling services.
Qualifications
• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication abilities to foster effective collaboration and guidance
• Academic Advising and Education skills to support learners' development and decision-making
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage oversight responsibilities
• Problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
• Experience in the education or edtech sector will be considered an advantage
