This is a full-time in office role for a Special Educator based in Bengaluru South. The Special Educator will be responsible for teaching and supporting students with disabilities, creating individualized educational plans, and collaborating with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Daily tasks include adapting teaching methods for various learning needs, conducting assessments, and implementing special education programs for middle school-age students. The role requires a high degree of empathy, effective communications, and a passion for inclusive education.

Special Educator should have Ability to assess the child needs, to devlop IEP, home programe for Autism or Global Devlopmental Delay.

Expertise in Special Education and supporting students with Disabilities

Strong Teaching skills with a focus on Early Intervention

Excellent Communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and teams

Knowledge of curriculum development and program implementation tailored to individual needs

Relevant certifications or a degree in Special Education, Teaching, or related fields

Experience working with children with disabilities is preferred

Candidate should have D.ed/B.ed/ M.ed
