The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing and recruiting highly skilled professionals within the semiconductor and hardware technology industry. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying top engineering talent, managing recruitment processes, and supporting clients with niche semiconductor hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of semiconductor engineering candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified talent.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Recruit candidates for roles including:
• Semiconductor Design Engineers
