Semi Skilled Labourer

We are a well-established and fast-growing company providing a range of services across commercial and industrial sites across the UK. With a focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we are now looking to expand our team with a versatile and motivated Multi-Skilled Operative.

The Role:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced construction labourer to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role working across a variety of live and completed sites, carrying out both planned works and reactive maintenance.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality work across a range of tasks including (but not limited to):

Basic carpentry skills
Basic general maintenance skills
Basic use of hand tools
Key Responsibilities:

General building maintenance and minor works
Basic carpentry, patch plastering, decorating and making good
Working in occupied and unoccupied properties
Liaising professionally with site managers and clients
Ensuring works are completed to a high standard and within deadlines
Requirements:

Semi-trade skills within general building works
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Full UK driving licence - Preferred
CSCS card Essential
Excellent timekeeping and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
