Semi Qualified Company Secretarial

Sarvaank Associates, a boutique advisory firm, is looking for:

(i) A Semi Qualified CS (21 months training should be completed)

to join our Private Equity Transaction and General Corporate & Commercial practice in New Delhi. The profile shall be:

Key skills and qualifications: The candidate must possess following qualifications and skills:

(1) Must have passed all and/or any group of the Professional program of the ICSI Examinations

(2) Strong understanding of Companies Act

(3) Candidate pursuing law shall be given preference

(4) Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

(5) Must have good interpretation skills.

(6) Should have a passion to work with the startups

(7) Should have a practical knowledge of shares and other securities are issued.

Exposure: The candidate shall have the following exposures:

(1) Working with various start-ups and investors

(2) Taking part in the fund-raising process of the start-up companies through private placement and preferential allotments

(3) Obtaining registrations and licenses under various laws including incorporation of companies and LLPs

(4) Research and Advisory on secretarial and company law matters

(5) Mapping and managing day to day secretarial compliance of the client companies including drafting of resolutions, agenda and notices if meetings etc.

(6) Conducting due diligence of the companies

(7) Review and drafting of the Charter documents

(8) Review labour law compliances of various States across India, etc.
