Job Description
Location: Mulund West, Mumbai
Firm: Shah & Doshi, Chartered Accountants
Responsibilities
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely compliance and reporting.
• Manage accounting and finalization (Tally, Zoho Books, and other software).
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax – registrations, returns, reconciliations.
• Assist in Statutory, Internal, Tax, GST, TP, and Stock Audits.
• Oversee ROC & ROF filings for Pvt Ltd, OPC, LLP, NGO entities.
• Prepare replies for assessments, scrutiny, and advisory assignments (DT, IDT, TP, DTAA, 15CA/CB).
• Support in due diligence, startup advisory, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
• Supervise and mentor a small team of 3–5 members.
Qualifications & Skills
• Semi Qualified CA (IPCC/Intermediate cleared; articleship completed).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a CA firm (including articleship).
• Strong working knowledge of IT, TDS, GST, PT and related tax laws.
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, and tax compliance software.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a client-facing role.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Experience
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a CA firm.
• Exposure to multiple domains of taxation, audit, and compliance.
