Seller Support Executive

Designation- Seller operations Agent (Blended Process)

Working Days - Five (Saturday- Sunday Fixed off)

Timings- +:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM (rotational as per process)

Salary- 25K CTC plus additional benefit in the form of Bonus/Incentives (based on the performance).

In-hand salary- 20,+43/-

Selection Criteria -
• Candidate must be a Graduate .
• Candidates should have a minimum of one year of sales, technical, product, and customer support experience.
• Fresher can also apply.
• Candidates must have computer savvy (knows their way around an e-commerce platform, able to use a smartphone and laptop)
• Impeccable communication and confidence in written interactions (English). Candidates should be able to interject their personalities while communicating without sounding unprofessional.
• A positive and “people first” attitude. You take on new challenges with a smile, even under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with a fine-tuned attention to detail. Candidates should manage their time well and never miss an email.
• Experience with support software and CRM tools would be preferred.
• Confidence in user education and sales.

Interview rounds- Three rounds (HR, Email assessment and Manager Round)

Note- Written assignment could be an elimination round.
