Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in various settings, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards.
Manage carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the quality and appearance of surfaces.
Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies appropriately to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in custodial or house cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time efficiently.
A proactive approach to identifying areas that require attention or improvement.
