Security supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the security guards and daily security operations.
Monitor entry and exit of guests, staff, vendors, and vehicles.
Conduct regular rounds and ensure proper security coverage across the property.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity immediately.
Maintain security registers, incident reports, and daily duty records.
Ensure proper access control and visitor management.
Handle emergency situations, fire incidents, theft, disputes, and other security-related issues.
Coordinate with hotel management and local authorities when required.
Ensure security guards follow their assigned duties, grooming standards, and hotel policies.
Conduct regular checks of parking areas, guest areas, back-of-house areas, and other sensitive locations.
Train and brief security staff regarding safety and security procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
