Job Opportunity
1) The role requires an individual with a strong background in security management, preferably from a military or law enforcement background, with at least 5-8 years of experience in managing security teams in manufacturing plants.
2) The ideal candidate should possess excellent administrative skills, have a commanding personality, and be able to handle a team of 40 security personnel effectively. They should also be capable of imparting training to the guards and maintaining night vigilance.
3) The selected person should be amiable in behavior and adherent to discipline.
