About the Position: This Security Officer position is located at the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC)Command HQ - ATEC, G2 (Intelligence, Protection & Surety), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. ['Manage the ATEC Security Guard Force to provide security and protective measures.', 'Evaluate program to correct problems, schedule slippages, or increased costs.', 'Provide strategic direction for the resolution of mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures.', 'Identify and resolve highly complex problems that cross organizational boundaries and promulgates solutions.', 'Execute short and long-range goals and objectives for various security programs.', 'Oversee multiple security programs.', "Responsible for the oversight and direction of the Command's Intelligence Program.", 'Represent meetings on issues relating to intelligence analysis, production, and collection.'] Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
