Job Summary

The Security Manager is responsible for providing guidance and recommendations regarding security concerns.The security Manager will identify areas of improvement and capabilities which can be implemented to enhance physical and personal security.

Essential Functions
• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Ensure security policies are implemented without deviation.
• Conduct meetings with security and equipment vendors
• Responsible for recruit security personnel's and job training.
• Responsible for documentation of security personnel and all other incidents.
• Responsible for maintain security related documentation.
• Responsible for alarm monitoring and to control alarms in site.
• Responsible for maintenance of Access control system and CCTV.
• Responsible to conduct fire evacuation drill.
• Ensure proper process is followed during NHO sessions.
• Responsible for disposing / charity of lost found items as per the policy.
• Provide security escort guards for female employees.
• Coordinate with different teams to resolve issues.
• Responsible for active participation during investigation.
• Responsible to perform audits and night checks.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, And Certifications

Graduate with minimum 10 years of experience. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Competencies
• Security management experience including practices and programs.
• Strong management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Able to assist in facilitating progressive change.
• CPP (Certified Protection professional) Certified.
