श्री साईं हॉस्पिटल में मरीजों, उनके परिजनों, कर्मचारियों, आगंतुकों तथा अस्पताल की संपत्ति की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने हेतु जिम्मेदार एवं अनुशासित सिक्योरिटी गार्ड की आवश्यकता है। चयनित अभ्यर्थी अस्पताल परिसर में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बनाए रखने, आगंतुकों के प्रवेश-निकास की निगरानी करने तथा आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा।
मुख्य कार्य एवं जिम्मेदारियाँ
- अस्पताल के सभी प्रवेश एवं निकास द्वारों की सुरक्षा एवं निगरानी करना।
- आगंतुकों, कर्मचारियों एवं अन्य व्यक्तियों के प्रवेश की जांच एवं सत्यापन करना।
- मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों को संबंधित विभाग तक उचित मार्गदर्शन देना।
- बिना अनुमति किसी भी व्यक्ति के प्रवेश को रोकना एवं अस्पताल के सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
- अस्पताल परिसर, वार्ड, ओपीडी, पार्किंग एवं अन्य क्षेत्रों का नियमित निरीक्षण (राउंड) करना।
- अस्पताल परिसर में अनुशासन एवं शांतिपूर्ण वातावरण बनाए रखना।
- चोरी, झगड़ा, आग, दुर्घटना अथवा अन्य किसी आपातकालीन स्थिति की सूचना तुरंत प्रशासन को देना तथा आवश्यक कार्रवाई करना।
- अस्पताल परिसर में वाहनों की पार्किंग एवं यातायात व्यवस्था को सुचारु बनाए रखना।
- भीड़ नियंत्रण एवं विशेष परिस्थितियों में प्रशासन की सहायता करना।
- विज़िटर रजिस्टर, सुरक्षा रजिस्टर एवं घटना विवरण (Incident Report) का सही रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
- अस्पताल की संपत्ति एवं उपकरणों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना।
- आवश्यकता पड़ने पर स्थानीय प्रशासन एवं पुलिस के साथ समन्वय करना।
- अस्पताल प्रशासन द्वारा सौंपे गए अन्य सुरक्षा संबंधी कार्यों का समय पर एवं जिम्मेदारीपूर्वक निर्वहन करना।
योग्यता
- न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं उत्तीर्ण (12वीं उत्तीर्ण को वरीयता दी जाएगी)।
- अस्पताल, संस्थान या किसी प्रतिष्ठित संगठन में सिक्योरिटी गार्ड के रूप में कार्य का अनुभव वांछनीय।
- शारीरिक एवं मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ।
- हिंदी पढ़ने एवं लिखने का सामान्य ज्ञान; अंग्रेज़ी का सामान्य ज्ञान अतिरिक्त योग्यता माना जाएगा।
- पूर्व सैनिक (Ex-Servicemen) अथवा सुरक्षा प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

Shri Sai Hospital is looking for disciplined, alert, and responsible Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, hospital property, and premises. The ideal candidate should maintain a secure environment, manage entry and exit points, respond promptly to emergencies, and uphold hospital safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure all hospital entry and exit gates.
- Verify the identity of visitors, vendors, and staff as per hospital guidelines.
- Guide patients and visitors to the appropriate departments in a courteous manner.
- Prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with hospital security policies.
- Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises, including wards, OPD, parking areas, and surrounding premises.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and peaceful environment within the hospital.
- Respond immediately to emergencies such as fire, theft, accidents, or security breaches and inform the concerned authorities.
- Manage vehicle movement and parking to avoid congestion.
- Assist in crowd control during emergencies, VIP visits, or peak patient hours.
- Maintain security registers, visitor logs, and incident reports accurately.
- Coordinate with hospital administration and local authorities whenever required.
- Ensure hospital assets and equipment are protected from theft or damage.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the Hospital Administration.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
- Prior experience as a Security Guard in a hospital, healthcare facility, or similar organization is preferred.
- Physically fit and medically sound.
- Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Ex-servicemen or candidates with certified security training will be preferred.
