SECURITY JOB OFFER PROFILE UPDATED: 12/04/2026
• Security Guard / Officer - Unarmed Guard Foot Patrol to Secure, Observe and Text Report for Residential Condominiums and Property (nearby, [CAL STATE L.A.] at 5500 Dobbs St., L.A., CA 90032.)
• Guard must have a Valid Guard Card, (Any Additional Certifications are a plus).
• Work Days Available: Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 30.0 Hours Total
• Available Work Hours: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 am. (19:00 hrs. to 05:00 hrs.).

- IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR HIRE START FRIDAY -

- Location - Residential Condo living (Behind CAL STATE L.A., 5500 Dobbs St., CA 90032)
- Hours / Shifts - There are (1 Full Shift) of a total a day of 10.0 hours.

Graveyard Shift: [THERE ARE NO DAY SHIFTS]
1) 7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. - 10.0 hrs. (With 4 Paid Breaks)
2) BREAKS: Bring Your Lunch/Snacks - (Breaks Are On Compound)

- DAYS WORK AVAILABLE - 3 Days are Available (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
• DUTIES:

- Post Foot Patrols - Starting Patrol at 7:00 p.m. (On-Time) Arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to Start-Time
• Daily Activity Reports (D.A.R.'s by Via Text or Written) This is during the Course of the Patrols

- (4) - 20 Minute Breaks in a 10.0 Hour Shift
• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

(6 Years Minimum) - Working with HOA's / Property Management Companies, Tenant Assistance, and Vehicle Parking Violations, and Towing Vehicles
• REQUIREMENTS:

1) Licenses: California B.S.I.S. Security Guard Card License
2) Health: No Existing Injuries or limitations for the Job Required
3) Physically Capable: Must be Able to Walk without any issues and do Foot Patrols
4) Work Compliance: Willing and Agree to Working Weekends, Graveyard Hours, Adjusting Schedules, Day Time if needed as well as Any Other Locations, when needed.
5) Language: English

Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 (Depends on Experience & Knowledge)

QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Experience; 'Candidates with a Minimum of (6 Years of Experience)' and have Worked Residential and Commercial Properties
2) Punctuality - Tardiness / Being Late is Unacceptable and having Excellent Punctuality is key (BEING ON TIME TO WORK)
3) Positive & Professional Attitude - Guards Willing to Take Direction/Orders/Directives Without Argument and have Excellent People Skills. And, at all times to remember to have a Great Work Ethic, Outstanding Performance and Reviews.
4) Report Writing - Experience Drafting/Writing D.A.R.'s, Incident Reports, Vehicle Warning Tickets & Towing Procedure
