FVF Security is a growing London based company that provides tailor-made, SIA accredited security staffing to the luxury and boutique leisure, hospitality and events sector in London. We are looking for dynamic security people to join our team and deliver our bespoke offering.
The Role
Our Security Officers / Hosts will be at the forefront of delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our client’s guests and staff. As the first point of contact with the public at boutique hotels, art galleries, restaurants and retail spaces, you will need to facilitate the needs of clients and customers. You will also be responsible for monitoring and responding to all life safety, security systems and emergencies. Security Officers will need a keen eye for detail in order to perform security functions, patrol premises and investigate any criminal acts or accidents, as well as any security, health and safety and fire hazards. You are expected to take ownership and resolve any matters successfully.
Essential Requirements
• SIA License Door Supervisors
Desirable Requirements
• Previous customer facing experience
• First Aid at Work
• SIA CCTV License
• Health and Safety experience (qualification)
• Conflict management/ handling complaints
• Behavioural Profiling
