Key Responsibilities:
As a Secretarial and Legal Assistant/Deputy Manager with a BFSI Firm, you will be responsible for:
1. Assisting in drafting agendas and minutes of Board, Committee, and General meetings;
2. Preparing Statutory Registers and Records;
3. Filing documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs;
4. Ensuring compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act;
5. Handling share issues, allotments, and corporate actions;
6. Managing preferential allotments;
7. Filing with RBI;
In addition to secretarial duties, you will also assist with legal matters, including:
1. Drafting and vetting various agreements;
2. Managing litigation;
3. Providing labour law advisory services;
4. Offering legal advice to senior management on various matters.
