About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and engaging Math Educator to inspire a love for mathematics in young learners.
Key Responsibilities
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, engaging, and well-organized learning environment that promotes student growth and development.
• Diverse Teaching Methods: Employ a range of instructional activities, including hands-on experiences, games, technology integration, and real-world applications.
• Lesson Planning: Create and deliver play-based and developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards.
• Child Development: Develop and deliver engaging and interactive math lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and school standards. Monitor, assess, and support the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Activity Organization: Organize and conduct creative activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play to enhance children's learning and creativity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Masters Degree: Master's degree in Education or a related field is mandatory.
• Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Teaching Passion: A passion for teaching Mathematics and nurturing young learners is essential.
• Creative Environment: Ability to foster a creative and stimulating environment that encourages student growth and development.
• Experience: At least two years of prior experience in secondary education is preferred.
• Eligibility Criteria: Female candidates with an age below 45 years are eligible for this position.
